Training
At River Region Early Education we offer educators the opportunity to develop their careers as well as their knowledge and skills, through our extensive professional learning plan as well as mentoring and support.
We believe in nurturing our educators to ensure that they feel joy as well as bring joy to those around them.
Want a career in Early Childhood education?
A traineeship could be for you.
A 12-month traineeship offers you the opportunity to learn new skills on the job. We provide you with paid study time, and practical support to complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Studies, at no cost.
Want to increase your qualifications in Early Childhood education?
We can support your study. At River Region Early Education we offer educators paid study time to undertake their Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. We also offer paid Study Leave to undertake practicum as required.
Looking to develop your leadership skills?
We offer a leadership program for aspiring leaders. This program provides leadership and communication training as well as practical experience to develop the skills and knowledge for aspiring leaders.
